Kuney-Brennan Joint Venture Project:
Kuney-Brennan JV and its lead design partner, Tetra Tech, are pleased to be working with Chelan County PUD under a Progressive Design-Build delivery method to address aging infrastructure at both Rock Island and Rocky Reach Dams. The primary focus of the modernization efforts will be standardizing and either replacing or retrofitting gates at both dams, in addition to other civil repairs to the spillways. This multi-year project will involve close coordination with permitting agencies, FERC and the Board of Consultants assigned to the project.
